1. Ask friends and coworkers for recommendations of chiropractors they go to—ask what they like about them specifically.
2. Research what type of care and treatment they provide (do they adjust with their hands, various instruments?)
3. Call an office to ask for hours and charges and get a feel for the receptionist, does it seem like an inviting place?
4. Go in and meet the chiropractor—many do a free consultation, does it feel like a fit?
If you’re going to a doctor to get well, healing is more than just an exchange between two people, make sure you trust the chiropractor!
