Spring into Health!

Can you believe it’s the middle of May?!  Some days it still feels like winter, but we think a permanent spring/summer is very near on the horizon and ready to stick around.  So wake up from your winter slumber and hike, bike, run or walk your way into Spring!

Warm weather provides so many more opportunities to be outside, active, and living a healthier lifestyle.  Don’t forget to take advantage of all of the great outdoors that Waukesha has to offer.
